Deployable Construction 3D Printer

CrafTrans™ | Construction-scale 3D printing, delivered as a deployable system.

CrafTrans™ is CC Corp’s flatrack-based, transformable construction 3D printer designed for rapid transport, fast setup and repeatable deployment. Fully integrated on a standard military and commercial flatrack, CrafTrans enables on-site additive construction without permanent infrastructure, cranes, or complex mobilization.

Designed for transport first. Printing follows.

Most construction-scale 3D printers assume long-term site occupation and extensive setup. CrafTrans was developed for organizations that need construction capability that moves with the mission. By integrating the printer directly onto a flatrack footprint, CrafTrans minimizes logistics friction and allows construction capability to arrive, deploy, operate and redeploy with speed and predictability.

CrafTrans is not just a printer  it is a deployable construction asset, engineered for repeated transport cycles and rapid readiness.

Integrated on a standard flatrack for compatibility with palletized loading systems (PLS)

No protruding components when collapsed for transport

Optimized for rapid deployment and recovery between sites

Built for field operations, not permanent installations

Transport & setup

CrafTrans™

CrafTrans arrives fully installed on its flatrack. Once on-site, the system transitions from transport configuration into operational mode through a semi-automated deployment process. All axes are designed to collapse within the flatrack footprint, enabling efficient storage, stacking and transport without special handling.

This approach allows organizations to move construction capability using existing logistics chains, rather than building new ones.

KEY FEATURES

  • Machine fully installed on a single flatrack
  • Compatible with PLS-equipped trucks
  • Semi-automated axis deployment
  • Clean transport profile with no external overhangs
What it builds

Practical additive construction for real-world use cases

CrafTrans is designed for construction tasks where speed, adaptability and repeatability matter. The system supports additive fabrication of vertical and horizontal construction elements commonly required in expeditionary, infrastructure and contingency environments.

CrafTrans supports organizations that need functional construction output, not only architectural showpieces.

Capability as a system

Hardware, software and workflow — integrated

CrafTrans is delivered as a complete construction system. Beyond the printer itself, CC Corp provides the software environment, operational workflow and support structure required to move from CAD to printed construction with confidence.

Mission fit

Aligned with operational realities, not lab conditions

CrafTrans has been demonstrated in government and defense-adjacent environments where logistics, time and reliability drive decision-making. Its design reflects requirements common to military engineering units, disaster response agencies and infrastructure operators working in constrained or remote locations.

Platform differentiation

How CrafTrans Fits Within CC Corp’s Portfolio

CrafTrans is optimized for transportability and repeat deployment using flatrack logistics. It complements CC Corp’s D-Crafter™, which emphasizes self-mobility and repositioning on-site and the legacy gantry systems that established CC Corp’s construction-scale printing leadership.

This portfolio approach allows customers to select the system that best matches their deployment and operational model.
